A friendly & helpful owner runs a clean B & B with an excellent breakfast in a fabulous location. We were within easy walking distance of the Castle & centre of Kilkenny. The owner was able to direct us to interesting music & food venues. She helped us understand what it is like to live in Ireland. Thank you. K & K Australia

"Five Stars from the Honeymooners!"

We drove into town a few days ago without a plan or any direction and a kind man directed us to the Bridge View B&B. The place is lovely with gorgeous views of the river and bridge, right in the center of Kilkenny.

Emer was very kind and knowledgeable and suggested great places to eat and listen to Irish music. (Her husband is talented and we enjoyed hearing him play at the Kyteler Inn!) Breakfast was delicious and her coffee was strong and flavorful! We would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling in the Kilkenny area. Great place, great price and a wonderful hostess! :)

"Sweet Victorian property with a lovely landlady"

Stayed here on the first night of the Kilkenny Arts Festival. It's incredibly central but on a quiet side street so you get the best of both worlds. The room was simple but comfy. I had a great night's sleep. I'll definitely look her up the next time I'm in Kilkenny. Such a friendly lady, she even left a wedding she was attending to check me in!! Didn't bat an eyelash!

We drove around Ireland and stayed in kilkenny for a night. we checked out other b&b's and this was the best option. The new owner Emer is really nice and helpful. She gave us a lot of suggestions and made us feel at home. Our room was lovely, nice and clean including the en suite bathroom. Breakfast was good from cereal to yoghurt, English breakfast and toast. Location is right at the centre in a safe area. We highly recommend. Thank you Emer! From Nicole and Mark. (Malta)
